We are fortunate to have a beautiful lake along with a creek that runs through our community. Fishing in the lake is permissible for our residents, so long as you adhere to State, Local Government, and Fish and Game requirements.
We have a seasonal pool open from mid-May to mid-October, along with a spa and sauna’s that are open all year long. To compliment your outdoor relaxation, we also have a BBQ area nestled amongst the natural vegetation, and set along the shore of the lake.
Our nearly 7000′ clubhouse features a large dining hall with fully equiped kitchen, all available to our residents who wish to host private parties, ranging from baby showers to full blown wedding receptions.
Our billiard room has two regulation size tables along with a couple of dart boards; combine this with ample seating and great natural light that streams in from the bank of windows, and you’ll have a wonderful gaming experience.
If you prefer a more quiet activity, you can help yourself to our lending library or join one of our many card groups, including Poker, Bridge, Bunco or Hands & Feet. If neither books nor cards tickles your fancy, there’s always the beloved stand-by of Bingo!

Our laundry facility consists of several coin operated commercial grade washers and dryers, along with a folding table and hanging bar for your convenience.
For you RV lovers, we have a large fenced RV storage area that can accommodate the largest of rigs, trailers, boats and even a house boat or two. Housing your recreational vehicle here will cost a meager $30 per month…such a deal!

An annual Halloween tradition was started in 2007, whereby our residents and Park Management host a magnificent haunted house and party, filled with costumes, decorations, arts & crafts, games, a dinner feast and of course candy galore!
